If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Aergrow purchase you may return it for a full refund.

We offer a one-year limited parts warranty.  We will repair or replace components as necessary free of charge, excluding shipping, with the exception of the humidifier*.  Damage of the humidifier due to use of tap water or improper cleaning is not covered under the warranty.  However we will provide a replacement humidifier at a nominal charge of approximately $30.00 + shipping.

At some point, the deposits will accumulate inside the humidifier reducing output, and cleaning will be required. Using distilled or deionized water will greatly reduce the need for cleaning.  It should be noted that a drinking water filter will have little or no effect on reducing minerals:  however, water treated by a reverse osmosis system will be much better than tap water.  We have found that we normally need to clean humidifiers about once every six months when using reverse osmosis treated water.  Expect to clean the humidifier at least once a month if normal Southern California tap water is used exclusively.
